The Facility

Loma Vista Farm was completed in 2001 and is the dream facility of it's creators Bob and Sharon Dorociak. Unfortunately, due to Bob's untimely death in 2000, he never got to see the ranch completed. Sharon's love for her husband and for great horses pushed her to continue the tradition of raising and promoting the American Quarter Horse.
Nestled among the elite horse facilities of Scottsdale, Arizona, on over 20 acres of beautifully landscaped desert, the facilities at Loma Vista Farm are truly what make it an oasis. The main air conditioned show barn, modeled after the famous California mission San Juan Capistrano, consists of fifty one 12' x 12' stalls and thirteen 16' x 12' stud stalls, two wash racks and saddling bays and an attached 150' x 300' covered arena, the only one of its kind in Arizona. There is also a 150' x 300' roping arena and a 150' x 280' Dressage Arena.
Loma Vista Farm is a full service breeding and training facility for Reining, Working Cow horse and Cutting horses. The breeding Facility consists of a 12 stall stud barn, a high-tech veterinary lab and a 20 stall mare motel. Many breeding services are offered, including shipped semen and embryo transfers.
